文盲 Illiteracy

• 解釋：It refers to a person's inability to read or write.
• 例句：
  文盲在台灣非常罕見，因為我們15歲以上人口的識字率達到99%(Pronounced as 百分之九十九)。
  Illiteracy is very rare in Taiwan, as our literacy rate for those aged 15 and over reaches 99%.

功能性文盲 Functional Illiteracy

• 解釋：This describes a person who can recognize words but lacks the reading and writing skills necessary to manage basic daily life demands. For example, they may struggle to understand complex documents or participate in certain activities.
• 例句：
  儘管很多人都有基本的讀寫能力，但還是有些功能性文盲，需要別人協助才能理解複雜文章的內容。
  
  Although many people have basic reading and writing skills, some are Functional Illiteracy and  need another person's help to understand the complex document

數位文盲 Digital Illiteracy

• 解釋：A person who lacks the necessary skills to use digital technology and the internet. This includes being unable to operate a computer or smartphone, search for information online, or understand web content.
• 例句：
  疫情期間要求遠距工作，意外發現數位文盲其實不少。
  
  During the pandemic, we had to start working remotely and unexpectedly found that many people are digitally illiterate.
