大頭症 get big-headed

  However, what I'm referring to is not a medical condition such as Sotos syndrome (cerebral gigantism) or Alexander disease. 
  In Taiwan, calling someone to have "大頭症" means they think they're significantly better or more capable than others. As a result, they act arrogantly and conceitedly, looking down on others.

大小眼 act like a snob

  The literal translation is: “one eye big, the other one small.”
  However, the term does not refer to physical asymmetry in eye size. Instead, it describes someone with a double standard, treating different individuals unfairly and differently. They are typically deferential and respectful toward those with wealth or power but contemptuous and condescending toward the disadvantaged.

心眼小 /小心眼  hold a grudge

  The terms "心眼小" and "小心眼" describe someone who is narrow-minded, intolerant, and mean-spirited. This type of person is easily offended, quibbles over trivial matters, and holds grudges. These characteristics make it difficult for them to be generous and forgiving toward others or situations.
